Coordinating with the demolition and remediation program for the 80-year-old Hunter’s Point power plant site, we assisted PG&E to “vision” the reuse and community development opportunities for this "brown field" location.

 

Via scenario-based proforma modeling, we determined the mix, size, and density of residential, retail, and office use.  Directing the architect team and representing the client with the City of San Francisco Planning Department, the Redevelopment Agency, and the Bay Area Conservation Commission (BCDC), a viable plan for this 30-acre site is currently under review.
