Informatica RE+W Global Operational Assessment

We recently completed our work with the Real Estate and Workplace (RE+W) team at Informatica. In 2015 this fifteen-year-old database company went private through a leveraged buyout. Post buyout, the C-suite focus for the organization was to reduce expenses and increase EBIDTA performance. At the time, the company occupied more than 1.0MM SF with more than 70 facilities in Europe, America, Canada, India, and Japan.
We were retained by the new RE+W team for a portfolio and operational evaluation of contracts, brokerage processes, strategy operations, facilities design, construction, facilities operation, site services, food services, security, business resumption, and critical infrastructure.
Upon completion of this assessment and recommendations, we were retained to assist RE+W with the implementation of the key high-value program initiatives including contracts and operational changes. Our advisory services lead to immediate CAPEX and OPEX reductions, improved management tracking, reporting, and contract standards.
