As asset advisor, acquisition, and development manager for Benecia Lake LLC, we identified a significant “value add” opportunity for this property.  Located on MacArthur Blvd. in the Dimond District, this blighted property contained a duplex, vacant house, and vacant retail buildings.  We identified the market opportunity  for 17 units and commercial retail-office uses based upon parcel zoning and parcel size.  We are currently pursuing design approval and condominium tentative tract mapping with City of Oakland Planning for repositioning and community enhancement.
