We previously assisted this investor with securing a Conditional Use permit to enable Hertz Corporation to create their California used car sales outlet on this 5-acre site. With Hertz leaving after bankruptcy, we have been called upon for an new asset plan and land use change program implementation. Our market assessment and opportunity focus is for the next 50+ years. We are currently working with the investor, City and investment community to reposition this Highway 101-380 interchange asset for life science land use in the City’s new 2040 general plan and zoning code.
