Industrial Production and Marketing Facility

Retained by this San Francisco Bay Area corporate client, we directed the Guadalajara-based architectural, engineering, and construction companies for a new, ground-up, 23,000 SF distillation, bottling, barrel aging, storage, and shipping facility.  The project was located on an 80-acre location outside of Guadalajara, Mexico, near Amatitan in the Tequila Valley. Phase 2 expansion will provide an 8,000 SF visitor and tasting center.  The facility was constructed on time, on budget and reached a full, expanded production within 15 months of project completion.
