Turner Broadcasting/CNN Techwood Strategic Real Estate Campus Plan

Working with the Turner real estate and facilities team we were retained to provide an “outsider’s” perspective.  The C-Suite sought a to understand the opportunities and constraints of a proposed 1.5MM SF, 10-year, multi-campus program.  Central to the analysis was to grow in a single campus or in multiple campuses.  We provided detailed  evaluation of Turner Broadcasting/CNN business requirements and growth forecasts, provided an organizational assessment of earnings objectives, technology needs, Workplace cultures, head count growth, marketplace challenges and benchmark to competition.  Our scenario analysis technique evaluated the merits of multiple campus solution options and their impact to EBITDA to enable the CFO and CRE leadership teams resolve and important “go-no go” decision.
