EBJ Partners 1031 Purchase Due Diligence

We recently assisted this private investor group with an exchange purchase of this 49KSF grocery anchor retail asset.  Assisting the general partner, we provided a comparative analysis of leases and cash flow leading to a ranking of fourteen potential properties located throughout the Western United States.  This analysis led to a focus on three target properties and letters of intent.  Following these letters, we managed a “rapid response” consultant team due diligence review for final purchase agreement negotiations and close of escrow.
